Despite the widespread method of advertising, a reference to the cleansing of the body is not in the scientific literature. The term "slag" was repeatedly found in publications intended for a number of "related" fields of science, such as mining, metallurgical and construction industries. In the literature, the technique is known as a combat simulation in military medicine, a popular means of the Inquisition, as well as in the Oriental cults, especially in preparing for the funeral. Patients subjected to that treatment, usually have mental disorders. Conclusion: The purification of the body is charlatanism.
